Unlike competitors, you keep your own Stripe account — your payment history and customer data belong to you.
Can I accept payments on my website without a separate processor?
Yes. We set up Stripe Connect for you during onboarding. Customers pay directly on your website, and money goes straight to your bank account. You own your Stripe account and can take it with you if you ever leave DCS.
Do I need a separate app for booking and scheduling?
No. Booking, scheduling, and payment collection are built into your website on the Professional plan. Your customers book directly from your site — no redirects to a third-party platform. You manage everything from the DCS Portal.
What is a kiosk check-in system?
It's a self-service check-in station that runs on any Android tablet. Customers confirm their appointment, sign waivers, and check in without waiting for staff. It's included on the Business plan ($249/mo) — you just need a tablet (~$170).
Is DCS HIPAA-compliant for medical offices?
Yes. Medical-category services are automatically flagged in our system. Service names are excluded from emails and push notifications, customer notes are never logged, and all data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We follow strict PHI handling protocols.
